I am working in ICT since 1990. In the past 12 years I was generally working in the area of management and organisation in functions like consultant, service manager, project manager and interim manager.

With the combination of working experience and education (like MBA, ITIL, ASL, BiSL and Prince2) I can manage assignments like:

  • Process development, implementation, administration and management using methods like ITIL, ASL, BiSL, CMMi and Cobit;
  • Professionalisation of ServiceDesk and ICT organisations;
  • Project management using methods like Prince2 and MPM.
